"Siemens Info Guide"
Siemens have been very hit-and-miss over the years with their phones. Some good, some bad.
The ones here are the only one worth talking about. The only one not covered here but worth its
weight is the Siemens SL45. The only reason it is not here is because it is old and no longer available.
Siemens have two phones out currently that are any good.
- The Siemens M50 and
- The Siemens A50
Siemens menu systems take a little getting used to, and are nowhere near as easy to use as Nokia's
one-menu-fits-all approach.
BUT - These are nice little phones, both of which have proved to pass the reliability tests -
there have been very few problems and malfunctions with these two phones, and both are quite stylish, small,
pocket-friendly phones.
You will find newer phones than these. However, these are the newest ones that
have had enough time on the market to be 'Guinea Pig' tested (i.e. other people have bought them,
experienced the problems, and Nokia have fixed the problems, or there were no problems).

NOTE: In these hard hitting free info guides, you will not find details on all phones. Why?
Some are not worth wasting time writing about. The phones you will find here have been tried
and tested. If its not here, it's not worth it.

Siemens MT50 -

Considering the pay-as-you-go price of the MT50 (£60-£80 depending on where you shop), this is a
surprisingly OK phone. Above all else, it has proved reliable. Usually, the cheaper phones have
trouble in the reliability arena, but this passes with flying colours. It offers WAP (Wireless
Application Protocol - mobile phones smaller, slower version of the internet), vibrate alert, and
simply covers all your basic 'I just need a phone' needs.
If you dont need an all singing all dancing phone, then this is recommended for you.
